How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the proximity to our regional warehouses.
Do you offer a warranty on your laser engraving machines?
Yes, all Creality Falcon machines come with a standard 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also provide lifetime technical support for all our customers.
What is your return policy?
